The digital divide presents a significant barrier to many residents, limiting their access to
essential services, educational opportunities, and employment prospects. Many individuals
lack the basic digital skills necessary to utilise computers, mobile devices, and online
platforms effectively. This program addresses this need by providing accessible and practical
digital skills training to underserved communities. Jobchange's existing involvement in the Digital Divide scheme and development of pre-digital workshops demonstrates our
understanding of the community's needs and our capacity to deliver effective solutions.
